安顺市林业局2024年公开招聘公益性岗位人员简章

为做好促进就业困难人员就业工作，根据《贵州省人力资源和社会保障厅 贵州省财政厅关于做好公益性岗位开发管理有关工作的实施意见》(黔人社发〔2020〕4号)文件要求，安顺市林业局面向社会公开招聘公益性岗位人员2名。为确保本次招聘工作的顺利开展，根据有关规定，现将招聘工作事宜通知如下：

一、招聘岗位和数量

工作人员，2名。

二、招聘对象和条件

（一）在法定劳动年龄内，有就业愿望和就业能力，持有《就业创业证》（或《就业失业登记证》），且有下列情形之一的登记失业并作就业困难人员认定的：

1.男年满50周岁，女年满40周岁及以上的失业人员;

2.享受最低生活保障的失业人员;

3.持《残疾人证》的残疾失业人员;

4.连续失业一年以上的长期失业人员;

5.失去土地的农民及难以安置的退捕渔民转为城镇常住人口的失业人员;

6.就业困难高校毕业生；

7.法定劳动年龄内的家庭成员均处于失业状态的城镇居民家庭的失业人员；

8.省级以上人民政府确定的其它就业困难对象。

（二）报名人员需同时满足以下条件

1.遵守国家的法律法规，品行端正，作风正派，无违法违纪现象；

2.身体健康，适合工作需要;

3.大专及以上学历优先；

4.熟悉林业、资源管理工作，文字功底强的毕业生在同等条件下优先聘用。

（三）有下列情形的人员不得报名

1.违反国家法律、法规和党纪、政纪，正被立案调查的；

2.提供虚假信息的；

3.其他不适宜聘用的情形。

三、招聘程序

(一)报名及资格审查

1.报名时间：2024年8月21日至2024年8月22日。

2.报名地点：安顺市林业局办公室。

3.报名人员须携带以下资料：

（1）公益性岗位报名表(详见附件);

（2）身份证原件及复印件1份;

（3）近期一寸照片2张；

（4）就业创业证原件及复印件1份；

（5）毕业证书原件及复印件1份。

报名材料必须真实、准确，如查实提供虚假材料的，即取消资格。

4.资格审查：报名人员资格审查工作由安顺市林业局负责。

(二)面试

本次招聘采取面试的方式进行：

1.面试时间：2024年8月下旬（具体时间另行通知）；

2.面试地点：安顺市林业局4楼会议室（安顺市西秀区中华东路108号）。

(三)公示

1.经面试合格后确定为拟聘用人选。

2.对拟聘人员进行公示，公示时间7天。公示期间收到举报并经核实确有严重问题的，取消聘用资格；公示期无异议者，即签定聘用合同。

四、薪酬待遇

招聘人员总待遇为1890元/月（含个人社会保险扣缴部份金额），社会保险补贴标准为用人单位实际缴纳的社会保险费(含基本养老保险费、基本医疗保险费、失业保险费、工伤保险费)，个人应缴纳的社会保险费由本人承担。

五、聘用管理

1.公益性岗位合同签订每年一签，一式三份，公益性岗位期限最长为三年。三年内双方可自行协商解除聘用协议。

2.聘用人员在聘用期间要严格遵守国家法律法规，遵守各项规章制度，服从工作安排。如有违法违纪行为的，单位有权予以解除聘用关系。
